Welcome Volunteers

For Traumahawk - He's got your back and calm in the storm

For Hawke - Hawke is beloved at the Walk of Fame by managers, handlers, and guests alike.

For Baznad - did great handling the 2nd shift crowds

For Brian - Brian was the best lead during my time as a volunteer! During my Thursday shift at the Courtland, he explained patiently how we could best assist ADA attendees. He was active and accomodating whenever I asked for clarity, and was attentive to attendees and other volunteers. Hope to work with him again next year!

For Kiayra - Kiayra was such a blessing to have on the team. She was willing to go anywhere and everywhere to help the team with no questions asked. She was a TREMENDOUS help in the front line of our major parties at the Hilton. I really enjoyed working with her and her husband this year. Thank you so much for your help, Kee-eye-rah! :)

For Dragon - As a first time volunteer on the Atrium floor for night panels, I was unable to hear when checking in with my lead. I found Dragon and they were more than happy to help find my lead and get me orientated for the night. He was a massive help.

For Kalnoch - You have made this onboarding process rocking for this newbie. Consistent updates and your team has responded promptly to questions, EVEN when I should have been able to find it on my own. Thanks for all of your work getting the calendar out and keeping this shift afloat.

For Colonel - Colonel is solely responsible for bringing us into this. Can't wait for a fantastic adventure in Tech-Ops.

For Treble Clef - Treble Clef did such an AMAZING job, as always, this year! She is such a wonderful asset to have on the Hilton team. It was my first year as Second Shift Lead and she would always reassure me that I was doing a good job. She was 110% supporting me. Thank you for all of the hard work you put in each year, Treble. It is always a pleasure to work with you and Bass!

For Church - Church has been awesome working through scheduling things. She is conscientious, caring, and competent.

For Captain Adam - Being on top of all things DragonCon prior to the start of 2024's epic battle with the masses!

For Amazing Amanda - Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! You have been a rock, it has been great to see your smiling face when I get up to Peachtree and thanks for directing me around when I needed some guidance.

For Captain Adam - great guy, willing to help get stuff foxed or offer advice

For Spider-Lex - By being the best floor lead a first-timer could ask for :D

For Inara - Went to the meetup at Dad's Garage and Inara was great at explaining things to a bunch of us newbies during. Really appreciate it!

For Jaster - Lifts you up, makes you feel as an integral part of the team. You feel they have faith and confidence in you

For Magickal Kitten - You were a fabulous leader today. You gave clear instructions and were supportive in every way. Bravo!

For Jaster - Jaster, it is always such a pleasure working with you and Kate. I don't know her name on here or else I would give her a shoutout too. You have taught me so much and have graciously given me the opportunity to be a part of the Hilton team. I've learned an incredible amount of information from you especially with all of your signage and posters on the walls! I always look forward to coming back each year knowing that I have the support of a wonderful director. Thank you for all that you do for us. We have an amazing team because of you!

For Colonel - Awesome Digital Sound Board School in the Hilton yesterday. Very informative, thorough and fun. Thanks!
